we are the first coater to deposit gold or gold-alloy on super hard gold-like TiN,ZrN,TiCN film in vacuum chamber in the same batch by PVD ion plating technology on watch parts,jewelry parts etc. We have successfully served our customers from Europe, America,Japan,mid-east,india etc. for more than ten years.
Our PVD IPG (ion plating gold) has several surface colors, including ISO standard 1N14 light gold,2N18 yellow gold ,4N pink or rose gold, and purple gold color. They are all super hard,wear-resistant,corrosion-resistant, can be durable for a long time without tarnish.
The underlayer TiN/ZrN/TiZrCN films are tuned completely like the gold color 1N,2N,4N rose.
